The Lynx Smart BMS combines battery protection, a precision shunt and pre-alarm functionality in one compact unit, safeguarding lithium battery banks from over-current, over-voltage and deep discharge. Available in 500A and 1000A ratings with M8 or M10 terminals, it integrates directly into a Lynx Distribution System and reports to the VRM portal via VE.Can.

The Lynx Smart BMS 500 is Victron's most complete battery management system for its Smart Lithium batteries, with a built-in 500A contactor that acts as both a safety cut-off and a main system switch. It includes a battery monitor with state-of-charge, a pre-alarm warning before shutdown, and Bluetooth for setup and Instant Readout in the VictronConnect app. Part of the modular Lynx system, with local and remote monitoring via a GX device and the VRM portal.
